Standard shipping
All domestic orders ship via priority mail with tracking. Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 are a flat $6.95.

- Transit time: 3–5 business days (continental US)
- Carrier: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (our choice, whichever is faster to your zip)
- Tracking: you’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships
Express & overnight
Need it now? Express (2-day) and Overnight options are available at checkout. Rates calculated live based on your zip and order weight.
Subscription orders
Subscribe & Save orders always include free priority shipping, regardless of order total. They ship on your chosen cadence (every 30, 45, or 60 days) and can be paused, skipped, or cancelled any time before the next cycle via your account portal or by emailing us.
International
Field Operator currently ships to the continental United States only. International expansion is on the roadmap for 2026. Add yourself to the list at hello@fieldoperator.store to be notified when we open your region.
Lost or damaged packages
We stand behind every order. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email hello@fieldoperator.store with your order number and we’ll make it right — typically with a replacement shipped the same day.
APO/FPO & PO Boxes
Yes to both. Orders to military addresses and PO boxes ship via USPS Priority and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
