When you shop, subscribe, or contact us, we may collect:
- Contact info: name, email, phone, shipping address, billing address.
- Order info: items purchased, order value, subscription preferences.
- Payment info: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage info: pages viewed, device/browser type, IP address, referrer.
2. How we use it
- Process and ship your orders.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and subscription reminders.
- Respond to support inquiries.
- Improve the site and the protocol (aggregated, anonymized analytics).
- Send marketing emails (only if you opt in — one-click unsubscribe in every message).
3. Who we share it with
We share the minimum required with trusted service providers:
- Payment processing: Stripe
- Hosting: Vercel
- Shipping: USPS, UPS, and our fulfillment partner
- Email: our transactional and marketing email providers
- Analytics: privacy-respecting analytics only (no cross-site tracking)
We don’t sell your data. We don’t rent your data. We don’t share it with data brokers.
4. Cookies & tracking
We use a minimal number of first-party cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session, and measure site performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold on you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Opt out of marketing at any time.

6. Data retention
We keep order records for 7 years (for tax and accounting purposes) and active account data as long as you have an account with us. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Children
Field Operator is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

If we materially change this policy, we’ll post an updated version here and email active subscribers. The “last updated” date at the bottom will reflect the change.
