How it works
Email hello@fieldoperator.store with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We’ll issue a full refund within 5–7 business days of your message — no forms, no restocking fees, no proof-of-purchase song-and-dance.
Opened pouches
Yes, opened pouches are covered. The whole point of a 30-day guarantee is that you actually try the product. Ship what’s left back to us (we’ll send a pre-paid label) or donate/recycle it — your call. Refund issues either way.
Unopened orders
Changed your mind before you even opened it? Even easier. Email us, ship it back with the label we provide, and you’ll see the refund within a week.
Exchanges
Ordered Day Ops but meant Night Ops? Happens. Send us a note — we’ll ship the replacement the same day and include the return label for the first order. Zero extra cost to you.
Subscription refunds
Subscribe & Save orders follow the same 30-day guarantee on the most recent shipment. You can also pause, skip, or cancel at any time before the next cycle with zero cancellation fee — we don’t believe in trapping anyone.
What’s not refundable
- Orders older than 30 days from delivery (reach out anyway — we’ll see what we can do)
- Returns sent without emailing us first (we need the notice to track the refund)
- Damaged-in-shipping items — these are covered separately at no cost; see Shipping
